First fixes means that this will compromise the structural work that needs to be done for a building. What this consists of is constructing the foundations and floors along with walls and ceilings. The doorframes, wall studs, and roof struts will also be created. Any cables for the electrics of the building will also be fitted within the first fixture, as well as all of the pipes for water. We will then plaster the building, so it is ready for the second fix. The second fix goes on to finish off the building, this means that flooring will be fitted, your doors and windows will be put into frames. The pipes will be connected to the necessary baths, sinks, and showers. We will fit the electrical fixtures and connect them to the cables.
